EM Disaster Gaming is now part of the curriculum at Lone Star College System’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Emergency Management program, and we could not be more proud.
Students are learning disaster response the way we have always believed it should be taught: by doing it. Our gaming exercises and simulation platform put players inside unfolding emergencies. Dice rolls and chance cards keep things unpredictable, just like the real thing.
That is the whole point.
We built EM Disaster Gaming because first responders and emergency managers deserve training that actually challenges them. Watching it come to life inside a college classroom is exactly the kind of thing that reminds us why we started.
