Shipping

As a small family business shipping may be delayed for an extended period of time for a variety of reasons due to ongoing trade wars and tariffs, customs clearance and processing, postal and delivery service instability, warehouse delays in processing, geopolitical conflict, including severe weather disasters and other acts of force majeure. You may request a full refund at any time for fulfillment issues. All efforts will be made to quickly resolve any shipping issues. Processing times may vary before your order ships.

Processing time can vary between 7 - 21 days before shipping. Backordered products can delay processing and shipping. Backordered product times are estimated and are not a guarantee. 

International Shipping

If you refuse to pay the import and duty taxes and the game is returned you will not be refunded the game costs and any associated fees. The game will be forfeit according to the terms and conditions, return policy and the shipping disclaimer you agree to when completing the shipping payment.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure. The Seller shall not be liable or responsible to Buyer, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Seller including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, tariff and trade wars, postal or shipper instability, war, invasion, or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic (including, without limitation, the COVID-19 pandemic), lockouts, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to either Party’s workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, raw materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage (all such circumstances collectively, the “Force Majeure Events”). Seller may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect in case of any Force Majeure Event.
