What will be deleted?

If you request deletion of your entire account, the following information associated with that account will be permanently removed.

Account & profile

Email address, name and account credentials.

Exercises

Exercises and associated materials created through your account.

Participant responses

Responses collected through exercises associated with your account.

Generated reports

Reports produced from your exercises and participant feedback.

Subscription record

Subscription information maintained within your EndEˣ account.

Deletion is permanent

This action cannot be undone. Export any reports or information you want to retain before submitting your request.

Encrypted backups expire within 7 days of deletion.

App Store & Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your EndEˣ account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription through the applicable store before submitting your deletion request.
