Here is the latest shipping update.
International Shipping
Prepaid taxes & duties refund from Easyship
There are 150 international backers who had prepaid estimated shipping and taxes. I met with Easyship yesterday, your refunds were not processed until late last week given the large volume. So your refunds should appear credited back to you late this coming week.
If you are one of those 150 folks who are being refunded for international shipping because you prepaid estimated taxes when there was an error please read the following:
On Monday/Tuesday Easyship will send another email to you to go in and pay for your shipping again. This time, the prepayment option has been disabled so there shouldn't be any issues.
If you have not received any emails please email me asap! Do not comment here that you haven't gotten anything. Your comments get buried and I will not see them. I'm not reading through the comments for issues... You need to email me directly at: arthur@simentalindustries.com
Note: If you used an Apple ID - those don't work and your probably not getting any emails. So if your reading this please email me asap so we can update your email and get your shipping taken care of.
Shipping Timeline Update:
I just got word from the factory this morning that the card decks are ready. They are shipping in 1-2 days. It'll take about a week for them to arrive. Its 450,000 cards fyi if you wanted to know. Thats a lot! Once they arrive I will finish assembling the games and will most likely personally drive the truck with the orders to the warehouse. From there they ship to you!
P.S. if you ordered a shirt all but two international shirt orders shipped. The two international shirt orders will ship with your games because shipping is expensive as you know.
End of the road in sight for Kickstarter!
As soon as the truck is loaded and ready with games to ship I'll post here letting everyone know. I'm hoping to drive the truck full of games to the warehouse to ship on the 28th by the end of the month.
Thank you all for your patience. This has been an interesting and challenging process learning Kickstarter and navigating easyship. After these orders are completed there won't be any more interaction here on kickstarter.
