This card game allows a player or "Elected Official" to draw cards that add complexity and policy or political challenges to the EOC Disaster Wargame Series. The Elected Official player is briefed by the Emergency Management Director at the end of the round and then draws cards from the Elected Official deck. Each card has policy or political issue and three options to manage the crisis: Polices, Plans, and Declarations. The Elected Official must choose an option and roll the dice to see if they are successful with their action. Success and failure will impact the game positively and negatively based on if they are successful beating the odds with a dice roll.

Can be used with any Emergency Operations Center Disaster Wargame Series game or standalone to spice up your tabletop exercises with policy and political issues using the elected official challenge cards as random injects.

The card deck also includes a handful of blank cards to create your own local policy issue!
